The AI-Native, Senior Business Strategy Analyst will power the growth of ConsumerAffairs by owning insights and driving our sales and marketing organizations. This forward-facing role goes beyond data — it is about shaping strategy, guiding leadership, and partnering directly with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a critical position at the intersection of business analytics, marketing strategy, and operations. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with business judgment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is obsessed with turning data into clear, actionable stories. By leveraging advanced AI-native tools, this individual will streamline reporting, uncover growth opportunities, and directly influence the trajectory of key verticals.
What you'll do:
Strategic Analysis
- Perform ad hoc and recurring analyses that inform decision-making across marketing campaigns, channel performance, pricing, lead gen, and partner growth.
- Build business cases and scenario models to guide internal initiatives and partner opportunities.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, offering proactive insights and recommendations.
Presentation of Insights
- Create presentation-ready deliverables summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Support leadership in preparing materials for partner meetings, strategic reviews, and executive updates
- Translate complex analysis into clear, persuasive narratives that influence action.
Data Integrity & Enablement
- Ensure leadership has access to accurate, timely insights by validating and maintaining key sales and marketing data flows
- Identify anomalies or integrity gaps in data and proactively correct or escalate.
- Leverage AI-native tools to automate reporting workflows and accelerate insight generation.
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports used by sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, Tableau GPT, etc.) to automate repetitive reporting workflows and assist with quick data exploration.
Cross-Functional Project Support
- Contribute to high-impact projects by providing analytical support (e.g., marketing mix modeling, performance forecasting, competitive analysis)
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure insights drive measurable outcomes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or a related role.
- Industry experience is beneficial.

- Comfort leveraging AI-native tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor etc) to automate workflows and accelerate insight generation.
