AI-Native Product Developer
Full-Time | Hybrid (DTC Area)
We're a growing product development company helping clients solve real business problems. We build production systems using AI tools every day, and we're looking for someone who can help us ship even faster.
AI is a core part of our workflow. We spend our days working in Claude Code, Codex, building internal tooling, and refining custom workflows we've developed ourselves. We're constantly experimenting with better ways to build, test, and deploy software across our client projects.
What You'll Do
You'll work directly with me and a growing team to design, build, and deploy software for clients across multiple verticals.
Part of your week will involve client meetings, gathering requirements, live prototyping, demos, and solution discussions. The rest of your time will be spent building products used by real customers. You'll be expected to own outcomes, not just tickets.
How You Work
You use AI constantly, but you also understand enough about software design and underlying systems to know when the AI is wrong.
You don't need to know everything. You do need to be confident that if you hit a wall, you can figure out a path through it.
AI can generate code. It cannot take ownership of the outcome. That's still your job.
You Might Be A Great Fit If You:
- Build things outside of work, not because you have to, but because you enjoy it
- Have taken a project from idea to production
- Have shipped projects that real people use
- Regularly experiment with new AI tools and workflows
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Enjoy solving problems that don't have obvious answers
- Communicate well with both technical and non-technical people
- Investigate problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them
Technical Experience
Experience in the following areas is helpful:
- Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI development tools
- Building projects with React, WordPress, or modern web frameworks
- GitHub and version control
- APIs, integrations, and databases
- Hosting platforms such as Railway, AWS, Vercel, Hostinger, etc.
- DNS and domain management
