The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will lead, optimize, and execute multi-channel campaigns focusing on customer acquisition using AI-driven insights and analytics.
The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing is responsible for leading and optimizing all paid marketing channels to achieve customer acquisition and revenue goals. This role will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, integrating AI-driven insights to enhance targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation. They will oversee agency and platform relationships while leveraging automation, machine learning models, and advanced analytics to continuously improve efficiency and performance at scale.
What you'll do:
- Own and optimize paid media channels (Paid Social, Demand Gen, Performance Max, etc.) by leveraging AI-powered bidding, audience modeling, and creative generation to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with growth objectives, using predictive analytics and machine learning to balance volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation, accountability, and fluency with AI-enabled tools.
- Oversee daily campaign orchestration across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), utilizing automation for budgeting, pacing, creative testing, and bid optimization.
- Partner with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals, integrating AI insights to inform decision-making.
- Evaluate and manage agency, vendor, and platform partnerships with a focus on AI capabilities that enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Build and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, incorporating AI-generated forecasting, scenario planning, and visualization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI technologies; continuously test new channels, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 7+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital media buying with direct experience leveraging AI-powered platforms and tools.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling large paid media budgets using automation and optimization to drive measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in AI-driven attribution models, predictive analytics, and marketing mix optimization.
- Expertise in campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SA360, etc.) and proficiency with modern analytics/BI platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies, vendors, and AI-enabled marketing technology partners.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and elevate team performance through AI-driven workflows and experimentation.
