Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of AI-enabled workflows and software applications
- Assist with integrating AI/ML models into application environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to AI-driven solutions
- Help develop orchestration logic and automation workflows for AI use cases
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code under team guidance and development standards
- Support testing, monitoring, and improvement of AI systems and software applications
- Stay current with emerging AI, LLM, and software development practices
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or a related technical field

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Provide a valid LinkedIn profile.
- Coursework, internship, co-op, or project experience in software development and/or AI/ML
- Foundational programming skills in Python and familiarity with common development tools such as GitHub, JupyterHub, or Visual Studio
- Interest in building AI-driven applications and learning how to deploy models in software environments
- Exposure to prompt engineering, model evaluation, or applied AI concepts through coursework, internships, or projects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
- Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus
- Exposure to orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar is a plus
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical team members and stakeholders
This role will require in-person attendance for New Hire Orientation on Day 1.
