In this role

You will be the hands-on Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow and/or Workday connectors powering an enterprise AI agent platform. You’ll guide customers from setup to production, unblock complex integration issues, and coach internal SMEs. You will also feed real-world feedback to engineering to improve connector reliability, performance, and features.

Responsibilities
  • Lead deployment and configuration of ServiceNow/Workday connectors (auth, scopes, data models, actions, webhooks/polling).

  • Translate HR/IT/Facilities use cases into scalable connector solutions (tables/objects, business processes, approvals).

  • Troubleshoot escalations end-to-end (OAuth/OIDC/SAML, token refresh, 429 throttling, pagination, field mapping, errors/retries).

  • Optimize performance and resilience (query filtering, selective fields, caching, backoff/retry, error handling/runbooks).

  • Deliver customer workshops, hands-on enablement, and reusable guidance (playbooks, templates, best practices).

  • Partner with engineering/product to influence roadmap with prioritized, well-documented product feedback.

  • Upskill internal SMEs on ServiceNow/Workday data models, APIs, workflows, and common integration patterns.

  • Support onboarding of AI agents (e.g., Employee Self-Service) from preview to GA in complex enterprise environments.

  • Maintain security and compliance standards (least privilege, secrets hygiene, auditability, data governance).

Qualifications (Required)
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years hands-on with ServiceNow or Workday integrations (APIs, configuration, workflows/BPs, data mapping).

  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures and enterprise integration patterns (webhooks vs. polling, eventing, fan-out).

  • Deep knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SAML/SSO, service accounts, certificates).

  • 2+ years with conversational AI/agent platforms or extensibility frameworks (building actions, connecting data/tools).

  • Proven customer-facing delivery background: workshops, production cutovers, and resolving technical escalations.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills (runbooks, playbooks, diagrams).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with an enterprise AI agent platform similar to Copilot Studio (tool calling, grounding, skills/actions).

  • ServiceNow: Table API, Incident/Request/Catalog, Flow Designer, ACLs/roles; Workday: REST/Report-as-a-Service, BPs, security groups.

  • Familiarity with adjacent ISVs: SAP SuccessFactors, Confluence, Jira.

  • Observability & quality: logging/telemetry, status pages, DLQs, test harnesses, synthetic workflows.

  • Prior experience influencing product backlogs/roadmaps through structured customer feedback.

  • Comfortable operating remotely across time zones with engineering, product, and field teams.

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including—but not limited to—skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market.
