Guild is hiring a AI Integration & Enablement Lead to unlock AI-powered workflows across Guild by working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams. This role partners with Guilders to design and build lightweight, non-technical AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and quality of work. By embedding directly with teams, you will identify the right tools, simplify the complex, and helps teams confidently build, maintain, and evolve AI-enabled ways of working. Your superpower is making AI real—fast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Workflow Building
    • Partner directly with teams to understand high-friction workflows or untapped opportunities for improvement.
    • Build and test lightweight AI workflows using off-the-shelf tools and org specific tools
    • Translate fuzzy business needs into concrete prototypes, iterating quickly with users to ensure fit and adoption.
  • Tool Identification & Enablement
    • Stay sharp on the evolving AI tool landscape, continuously scanning for new tools that could add value across Guild’s functions.
    • Work with IT and Business Systems to vet, pilot, and scale tools that unlock capability for specific departments or roles.
    • Create quick-start guides, templates, and reusable assets to help teams build independently once proof of concept is shown.
  • Team Coaching & Capacity Building
    • Teach teams how to think about workflows with an AI lens—prompting, evaluating, iterating, and maintaining systems.
    • Facilitate hands-on sessions to walk teams through use-case development, prompt building, and responsible AI practices.
    • Help teams “learn by doing,” leaving behind both a solution and a new skill set.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
    • Partner with Enablement, IT, and Business Systems to ensure workflows integrate with the broader tech stack.
    • Feed learnings and successes back into the AI Enablement team to inform playbooks, templates, and strategy.
    • Coordinate with AI Champions across the company to amplify grassroots adoption and experimentation.
What You Bring
  • Workflow Mapping & Prioritization - Quickly understands team goals and uncovers the highest-leverage opportunities to intervene with AI.
  • Tool Fluency - Applies practical knowledge of AI tools and APIs to recommend and assemble high-impact solutions.
  • Rapid Prototyping - Quickly builds scrappy, functional solutions that demonstrate value—even without code.
  • User Centered Building - Designs workflows around how people actually work, ensuring adoption and improvement, not just tech novelty.
  • Coach & Guide - Helps teams build confidence in using AI, showing—not telling—how it can shift their approach.
  • Cross-Org Connector - Bridges business needs with tech capabilities, translating between contexts to ensure progress.
  • Bias for Build - Moves from insight to action quickly. Doesn’t just recommend; delivers.
  • Scalable Enablement - Turns individual successes into repeatable models that others can apply or adapt.
