- 2–4 years in a technical, automation, or AI-focused role - or a portfolio of hands-on projects demonstrating strong technical capability.
- Experience building automations and workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar orchestration platforms.
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval workflows.
- Comfortable connecting systems via APIs, webhooks, and lightweight backend logic to create automated, end-to-end workflows.
- Ability to extend no-code tools with JavaScript or Python where needed.
- Interest or experience in building AI agents, copilots, or domain-specific assistants that drive real outcomes.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills - you enjoy debugging, iterating fast, and finding practical ways to apply emerging technologies.
- Self-directed learner who actively explores new AI tools, experiments with them, and shares knowledge with others.
- Experience with conversational design, agent frameworks, or orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus.
