We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly proactive AI GTM Manager to lead the go-to-market motion of monday’s AI offering through our channel partners. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Partnerships, Enablement, and Marketing, and plays a critical role in shaping how AI is positioned, sold, and adopted via our partner network.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of one of monday.com’s most important growth areas and directly influence how AI becomes a meaningful revenue driver through partners.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, Product Management, Sales Strategy, Partnerships, or Sales Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of AI trends and technologies
- Proven experience working with channel partners, ecosystems, or indirect sales motions
- Highly proactive and self-driven - you identify gaps, build solutions, and move initiatives forward independently
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, especially when simplifying complex concepts
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity
- Highly collaborative, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
