The AI-Enhanced Virtual Assistant will support AI integration, administrative tasks, communication management, project coordination, and client interaction to enhance operational efficiency.
We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Technical Virtual Assistant with a strong background in AI tools and platforms. This role blends traditional virtual assistant tasks with the ability to support and optimize processes using artificial intelligence. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, assisting with technical tasks, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of AI-driven systems.
Requirements
AI & Automation Implementation:
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows in n8n for automation and process efficiency.
- Implement AI-driven tools for lead sourcing, data enrichment, and outreach personalization.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing AI/automation workflows.
Lead Generation & Outbound Campaigns:
- Use Apollo, Instantly, and other tools to build targeted lead lists.
- Execute and monitor cold outbound email campaigns.
- Optimize sending strategies to maximize deliverability and response rates.
- Track and report lead generation KPIs.
Email Campaign Management:
- Write, format, and schedule email sequences.
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, and calls to action.
- Maintain clean and updated contact databases.
Technical & Administrative Support:
- Assist with setup, integration, and maintenance of AI and CRM systems.
- Monitor workflows and campaign performance, recommending improvements.
- Provide documentation and process guides for tools and automations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Virtual Assistant or in a lead generation/automation-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Apollo, Instantly, and cold outbound lead generation.
- Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting tools and automation best practices.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, list segmentation, and personalization.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
