Job Title: AI Engineer
Location: Denver, CO (2-3 days onsite)
Contract: 6-12 months Contract To Hire C2H
Job Summary:
Seeking an operational AI governance professional who owns the day-to-day mechanics of AI governance. This role involves
maintaining the inventory of AI/agent solutions, tracking controls and
evidence, processing intake, validating data/identity/connectors/privacy
requirements, monitoring usage/cost/control thresholds, and producing governance
reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain
an authoritative inventory of AI assets including: - Owner - Purpose -
Connectors - Data sources - Risk tier - Review date - Understand AI governance
beyond just GRC/compliance.
· Work
closely with builders in Copilot/agentic environments and engage in hands-on
work as necessary.
· Manage
governance dashboards/reporting.
· Ensure
Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data classification, connectors, and
identity/access controls are implemented.
Required Skills:
· Understanding
of AI governance / Responsible AI / AI controls.
· Familiarity
with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agentic AI concepts and workflows.
· Experience
in AI asset/inventory management.
· Exposure
to low-code development.
· Ability
to understand how agents are built and deployed.
· Strong
communication and fit within culture.
