We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to join our team! The AI Enablement Lead will drive the identification and implementation of AI use cases
across IT Operations, IS Operations and Governance. Working closely with operational teams and the wider initiatives. The role translates business challenges into practical AI solutions with measurable productivity improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases across IT Operations, IS Operations and Governance.
- Translate operational challenges into practical AI solutions together with business and technical experts.
- Define solution concepts, implementation approaches and priorities based on expected productivity improvement.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external providers and the AI Solutions Engineer.
- Ensure alignment with the wider AI initiatives, technology standards, governance and security requirements.
- Drive adoption of implemented solutions within the operational teams.
- Establish baselines and measure the productivity improvements achieved through each use case.
- Maintain the AI use-case roadmap and ensure focus on measurable business value.
Required skills:
- Strong experience in AI enablement, AI solution design or digital transformation.
- Good understanding of AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering and workflow automation.
- Experience with technologies such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Ability to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating internal teams and external implementation partners.
- Good understanding of AI governance, security, risk and lifecycle-management requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience measuring productivity improvements.
