Job Title

AI Enablement InternCoorsTek, a leader in technical ceramics and a certified ‘Great Place to Work’ company, is seeking an AI Enablement Intern to support the development and delivery of AI training and enablement across our corporate employee population. Reporting to the Director of AI and Automation, this role will focus on increasing AI literacy and practical adoption through scalable training programs, documentation, and hands-on enablement assets. The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders to support both beginner users and more advanced Citizen Developers, and will be challenged to build durable tools, content, or applications that continue to deliver value beyond the internship.

Role & Responsibilities:
As an AI Enablement Intern, you will play a key role in supporting CoorsTek’s AI adoption and enablement efforts by helping design, build, and deliver training focused on Microsoft Copilot and Citizen Development tools. You will assist in developing structured training materials, documentation, and learning resources to support a broad corporate audience, while also contributing to more advanced enablement for Citizen Developers. This role offers hands-on experience working with AI tools in a real-world enterprise environment and the opportunity to create lasting enablement assets such as reusable training programs, documentation libraries, or an internal app or agent to support AI learning and adoption.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the design and delivery of live and recorded AI training sessions.
  • Developing training content, guides, job aids, and documentation focused on Copilot and Citizen Development tools.
  • Assisting with the creation of scalable enablement materials that can be reused and maintained after the internship.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and tailor training for different skill levels.
  • Contributing to the development of an internal app, agent, or tool that supports AI learning or training delivery.
  • Tracking feedback and helping improve training effectiveness and adoption.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
  • Coursework or academic focus related to information systems, computer science, data, digital transformation, business technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Some hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or application development through coursework, projects, or prior internships required.
  • Practical experience building automations, apps, or agents is preferred but not required.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Interest in and aptitude for AI enablement, digital tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and/or Citizen Development platforms such as Replit or Lovable is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about scalable learning solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in building lasting enablement assets.

Duration:
6-week internship, full-time (40 hours per week)

Target Hiring Range

Hourly: USD 20.78 - USD 25.00
