Job Title

Sr AI Enablement Analyst – Finance & Legal OperationsAs the Sr AI Enablement Analyst, you will support CoorsTek’s AI and automation strategy by working directly with business stakeholders to identify, redesign, and improve business processes through practical AI-enabled solutions. This is a consultative, business-focused role centered on turning workflow needs into secure, supportable, and measurable outcomes while following approved standards, governance requirements, and deployment guidelines.
You will partner across functions to prioritize work, recommend solutions, and deliver capabilities that align with CoorsTek’s enterprise AI strategy and citizen development approach. You will serve as a consultative and hands-on partner to functional teams, helping move ideas from opportunity assessment through process redesign, prototype, deployment, and early support with a focus on adoption, responsible use, and transition into governed production patterns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance and Legal & Compliance teams to identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities aligned with business value, efficiency, risk reduction, and decision support.

  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand and map existing workflows, identify pain points, bottlenecks, controls, and manual processes, then translate those needs into practical AI-enabled solutions and improved process designs.

  • Translate prioritized AI opportunities into actionable technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, data availability, and system integration constraints.

  • Support AI use cases across areas such as FP&A, accounting, close and reporting, AP, AR, audit support; regulatory and public policy monitoring and analysis; legal research and advice; corporate governance workflows; global trade and corporate compliance maintenance and training; contract support, and other Finance and Legal & Compliance processes.

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled and data-driven solutions, including custom workflows, scripts, and integrations (not limited to low-code tools), using approved enterprise platforms.

  • Develop prototypes, pilots, and production-ready solutions using approved enterprise patterns and governance requirements.

  • Guide Finance and Legal & Compliance teams from idea to working solution by providing practical support on business process redesign; data collection, validation, standardization, and integration; testing; documentation; security; supportability; and deployment expectations.

  • Support CoorsTek’s citizen development approach by helping business-led builders work within approved patterns and by promoting viable solutions into supportable enterprise models.

  • Partner with architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data, and integration teams to ensure deployed solutions meet standards for identity, access, logging, resiliency, support, privacy, records handling, and responsible AI usage.

  • Support AI-enabled workflows that interact with enterprise systems, data, and approved knowledge sources through governed integration methods.

  • Help move solutions from prototype to governed production by supporting testing, ownership definition, deployment readiness, control alignment, and handoff expectations.

  • Establish reusable templates, process patterns, and support practices so successful solutions can be repeated across Finance, Legal & Compliance, and adjacent functions.

  • Develop lightweight business cases and value measures for deployments, including time savings, cycle-time reduction, reduced manual work, improved accuracy, lower risk, and stronger decision support.

  • Coach business users, functional champions, and solution owners on prompt design, testing approaches, change adoption, and responsible use of AI tools.

  • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge assets, and handoff materials to support adoption, reuse, and operational continuity.

  • Participate in early-life support and issue resolution for deployed solutions while helping define longer-term ownership expectations.

  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and functional deployment patterns and translate those capabilities into practical recommendations for Finance and Legal & Compliance teams.

  • Define solution scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, and communicate expectations clearly to team members and partners.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.

  • Relevant finance, process improvement, Microsoft, Azure, AI, cloud, Databricks, automation, or application development certifications preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 or more years of progressive work experience in business transformation (preferred finance or legal and compliance), business systems, process improvement, automation, analytics, AI enablement, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience building, configuring, deploying, or supporting AI-enabled solutions, automations, assistants, or lightweight business applications in an enterprise environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to collect, structure, and integrate data from multiple sources into coherent, reliable datasets, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Experience working with data tools such as SQL, Python, or similar for data extraction, transformation, or automation preferred.

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into practical technical solutions.

  • Experience supporting Finance, Legal & Compliance, shared services, or other business operations workflows preferred.

  • Experience working across cross-functional initiatives in a multi-site or global environment preferred.

  • Experience supporting user adoption, process redesign, or business-led technology enablement preferred.
