Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

The IT department at CrowdStrike is at the forefront of enabling our company's rapid growth and technological innovation. We are looking for an AI Business Transformation Specialist to help reimagine how our business operates in an AI-first, AI-native way. This role is less about incremental automation and more about upstream redesign: asking “how should this process look if AI is embedded from the start?” and helping functions embrace that vision.

This is a Sr. Individual Contributor role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can inspire and challenge established ways of working, and is passionate about shaping the responsible adoption of AI across the enterprise. You will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise AI and collaborate closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, IT, Marketing, and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Reimagine Business Processes: Partner with business functions to identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally redesign workflows. Instead of layering AI onto existing manual tasks, advise on how to make processes AI-native from the start.

  • Advisory on New Possibilities: Inspire and educate leaders across the company on how AI can unlock entirely new ways of working. Help translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business applications and upstream design choices.

  • Drive AI Initiatives: Lead high-impact transformation initiatives, from piloting AI platforms to redesigning workflows and scaling adoption. Track outcomes, highlight exemplars, and ensure business functions achieve measurable impact.

  • AI Governance & Risk Management: Support the Enterprise AI Safety Board and key partners in ensuring responsible and compliant AI adoption. Contribute to discussions on regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and safe use.

  • AI Knowledge Sharing: Strengthen the enterprise-wide AI knowledge base. Contribute to building an internal hub of best practices, approved tools, and success stories, while connecting with AI leaders across functions to accelerate adoption.

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, strategy, or related roles (AI experience preferred but not required).

  • Visionary thinking: Ability to articulate the “art of the possible” with AI and inspire stakeholders to rethink how work gets done.

  • Working knowledge of ML/AI concepts: Comfortable explaining foundational AI/ML principles and identifying where they can practically reshape business processes.

  • AI safety & governance awareness: Understanding of risks, regulatory requirements (GDPR, DMA, California AI Transparency Act, U.S. AI Executive Orders), and frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).

  • Change leadership: Proven ability to manage enterprise initiatives, influence without direct authority, and help teams adopt new ways of working.

  • Strong communication skills: Skilled at bridging technical and non-technical perspectives and translating complex AI opportunities into business value.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment.
