A CourtAvenue AI Business Analyst / Product Manager is part of the AI & Emerging Technology team focused on shaping and delivering transformational AI products and strategies for our clients. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on product owner, helping to envision, define, and build proprietary AI products such as Genjo, TeamLM, and LumaChat. This role combines business analysis, product management, and client partnership—requiring someone who is curious, analytical, and comfortable working across disciplines to bring innovative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, uncover challenges, and identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact.
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to define clear goals, success metrics, and solution approaches.
- Translate business needs into actionable strategies, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, and design—through ideation, development, testing, and launch.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product initiatives, communicating progress, risks, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs to showcase capabilities and validate solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, trends, and competitive products to inform strategy and inspire innovation.
- Monitor solution performance and adoption post-launch, gathering insights and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or strategy roles—ideally with exposure to AI, data, or software products.
- Proven experience translating complex business challenges into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including NLP, large language models, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and collaborating across teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with a curious mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- Full-time position, primarily remote.
- Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (also in Austin, TX).
