Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying AI/ML opportunities, evaluating data quality, and supporting the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and a solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern data technologies.

The AI Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into AI/ML use cases.
  • Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to develop AI models and solutions.
  • Evaluate model performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assessments.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Monitor AI solution effectiveness and track key performance metrics.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
  • Support AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications AI & Machine Learning

  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing), LLMs, and AI-powered applications.
  • Experience evaluating AI model outputs and performance metrics.

Data Analysis

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights from data.
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and AI-related tasks.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Understanding of data warehouses, databases, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI Services, or Google Vertex AI is preferred.

Generative AI

  • Experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or other Generative AI platforms.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and model evaluation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, AI Analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience working on AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Certification in AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Cloud Technologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Prompt Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with LLMs, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
  • Familiarity with MLOps concepts and model monitoring.
  • Exposure to AI-powered automation tools and chatbots.

Experience: 2 to 6 Years (can be adjusted based on requirement)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
