Brief Summary of Role
The Agency Success Partner will play a key role in helping the Obie Agency Development team reach its revenue and growth goals by onboarding, training, and developing Obie’s agent force.
What you'll do
- Contribute to agency distribution strategy and goals by providing administrative support
- Learn and follow Obie’s appointment and onboarding process
- Help service our agent partners' needs via chat support and phone support
- Effectively build relationships with agents and partners to drive collaboration and enhance business partnerships
- Create and understand the training curriculum needed for agents
- Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally to build and support the Agency Development team
What you'll bring
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or service
- Active P&C Insurance license required
- Basic understanding of Salesforce and G Suite
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop processes that drive our partners' success
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments
- Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in complex situations
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Energy, empathy, and patience are all vital soft skills a candidate should possess

Next, you'll have a 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager, Andrew Perlstein, to assess your technical skills for the role. - Complete a Project Exercise
This role requires strong planning, collaboration, and communication skills, so we’ll ask you to complete a short exercise. You can complete this exercise at your own pace, so please be thorough and use the resources available to you. More details will come when you reach this step! - Meet the Team

We've provided the full base salary range for this role below, but please note that we typically target the mid point of the salary range to allow room for growth within the role. Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of relevant experience, expertise, etc.
