THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Contractor who will own and scale our creator-driven affiliate program—turning influencers into high-performing brand advocates. This role is built for someone who understands the power of creators as performance marketers and can blend influencer marketing with affiliate growth strategies. This person should be highly skilled in creator recruitment, relationship-building, performance optimization, and scalable campaign execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of influencer partnerships and data-driven marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own & Scale the Creator Affiliate Program – Drive growth in active affiliate creators and VIP partners, turning content creators into top-performing growth drivers.
  • Recruit & Activate New Creator Affiliates – Use your existing influencer network and sourcing strategies to identify and onboard high-potential creators who drive conversions. Actively onboard past partners from paid influencer channels to maintain portfolio volume.
  • Develop Scalable Growth Strategies – Bring outside-the-box ideas to expand our creator affiliate program while maintaining efficiency and growth.
  • Negotiate & Optimize Partnerships – Secure and structure performance-driven influencer affiliate deals that balance content engagement with growth.
  • Align with Marketing Teams – Work cross-functionally with Paid Acquisition to ensure influencer content amplifies key marketing initiatives and is primed to scale on paid channels
  • Analyze Performance & Optimize – Track creator-driven revenue, refine commission structures, and identify winning trends to scale what works.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in creator-led affiliate management.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven – You can build, execute, and pivot strategies quickly based on performance insights. You embrace testing and learning to optimize results.
  • Performance-Oriented – You’re motivated by KPIs, member growth, and content impact, but never at the cost of brand integrity.
  • Strong Communicator & Relationship-First Mentality – You can navigate deals with influencers, agencies, and internal teams while articulating clear value and expectations, and thrive on building trust to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Highly Organized & Process-Oriented – You’re proactive in managing multiple moving parts, from tracking affiliate success to ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deep understanding of influencer monetization models—you know how to make affiliate programs attractive and profitable for creators.
  • Start-Up Mentality – You move fast, iterate, and adapt, thriving in a high-energy environment.
  • Passion for Health & Wellness – You believe in our mission and are excited to grow a community that makes a meaningful impact.
