About LumiMeds

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.

About LumiMeds

LumiMeds is a telehealth platform making GLP-1, hormone, and longevity therapies accessible to everyday people. We're growing fast and looking to build a high-performing affiliate program that puts us in front of the right audiences through trusted voices and partners.

The Role

We're looking for an affiliate marketing operator who can build and run our affiliate program from the ground up — or take a scrappy early program and scale it into a meaningful acquisition channel. You know the ecosystem: the networks, the publishers, the influencers, the deal structures, and how to keep partners activated and performing.

This is a hands-on role. You'll own the channel end to end — recruiting partners, negotiating terms, managing payouts, and optimizing for cost-per-patient.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage LumiMeds' affiliate and partner program across networks (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, or similar) and direct relationships
  • Recruit and onboard high-fit affiliates — health bloggers, wellness creators, comparison sites, coupon platforms, email publishers, and telehealth review sites
  • Negotiate commission structures, CPA deals, and hybrid arrangements that align partner incentives with patient LTV
  • Activate and re-engage existing partners — create promotions, provide creative assets, and run performance reviews
  • Monitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety across all affiliate placements
  • Work with legal/compliance to ensure all affiliate messaging meets FDA/FTC guidelines for health and compounded medication claims
  • Report on affiliate contribution: new patients, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV by partner segment
  • Identify and test adjacent partnership models — referral programs, loyalty integrations, co-marketing deals
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years managing affiliate or performance partnership programs — brand side or agency
  • Direct experience with at least one major affiliate network (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structures
  • Experience recruiting and managing publisher and creator relationships at scale
  • Familiarity with fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and brand safety in affiliate channels
  • Data-driven — comfortable pulling reports, building dashboards, and making optimization decisions from performance data
  • Bonus: experience in telehealth, DTC health, wellness, or subscription businesses
  • Bonus: existing relationships with health/wellness publishers, comparison sites, or coupon platforms
What This Is Not

This is not a "set up the network and wait" role. We need someone who actively recruits, activates, and optimizes partners — not someone who manages a program passively from a dashboard.

Engagement

Part-time contractor. Remote.

Compensation

Competitive hourly or monthly retainer based on experience.

How to Apply

If this role sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your application in English and ensure your resume reflects relevant experience for the role.

This position is open to candidates based in approved locations, depending on the role and business needs. Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.

LumiMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skills, experience, and alignment with our values.

Please note: This role requires professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.
