Job Description
As the Aegis Site Manager, duties and responsibilities will focus on interfacing with our government/off-contract customers. Duties will also include working with the site public works team for planning and operations. Site managers will interface with the local military unit to capture integration opportunities for maintenance and operations (major evolutions especially).
The Aegis Site Manager will need to have a strong grasp on planning and site engagements. This includes sporadic ISEA visits on site.
Regularly planned roving will also need to be completed by the Site Manager to identify and submit work orders for building degradation, all while reinforcing good order and discipline at the Aegis facility. This will be demonstrated with ongoing engineering efforts that result in site changes.
Scheduled hardware and software addition/removal tracking will be verified for Information Awareness by the Site Manager as well.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Ten (10) years of Combat Systems experience in the Aegis Combat Systems to include: tactical employment in support of Surface, Air, Subsurface, Ballistic Missile Defense and Strike warfare areas.
Of the ten (10) years, eight (8) years of management experience with Surface Combat Systems, including responsibility for managing technical performance, reliability, maintainability, cost, schedule, and delivery requirements.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Military Veteran with at least 10 years of service with a previous E6 or above rank.
Proven leadership skills/training.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922
