What you need to be successful in this role:
- 7+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
- Familiarity with the ISV ecosystem, cloud-based applications, and enterprise software market trends.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and software development life cycles. Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong facilitation skills, to encourage clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution design by the relevant players
- Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP's, and CXO's)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, as well as external ISV partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand partner and customer business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Natively curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions
