We are an organization that values accountability, initiative, and results.  We're looking for an exceptional Advisor Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their work, and can operate independently with minimal supervision.

Organized, ensuring administrative operations run smoothly, coordinating training programs, and helping our team stay focused on serving clients.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.  This role is best suited for someone who enjoys supporting multiple high-achieving professionals simultaneously and who gains satisfaction from keeping complex operations running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage complex calendars and scheduling for advisors
  • Coordinate meetings, client appointments, and virtual training sessions
  •  Prepare and organize presentation materials, meeting agendas, and supporting documents
  •  Manage expense reporting and reimbursement processes
  • Coordinate occasional travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Support the planning and delivery of online training programs and webinars
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as required
  • Ability to navigate different software programs
