The Advertising Operations Specialist II is the execution engine behind AMP's multi-channel marketing delivery. You will partner directly with Client Relationship Managers to build, QA, launch, and optimize campaigns across Email, Text/SMS, Direct Mail, Social Advertising, and more - powering measurable outcomes for automotive dealership clients across the country.

This is a fully remote role- Schedule is Monday-Friday day shift hours based on local time zone.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

What You'll Do
Campaign Execution and Quality
- Build and QA marketing campaign target audiences, email templates, direct mail content, text marketing templates, and other digital marketing assets
- Launch campaigns inside the VinSolutions Automotive Marketing Platform (AMP), maintaining accuracy and timeliness across all channel deliverables
- QA completed graphic design work and coordinate dealer customer approvals
- Process and execute assigned task work efficiently, meeting timelines agreed upon with supported CRM team members
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside Client Relationship Managers and the AMP Product Team to implement campaigns on behalf of automotive dealership clients
- Coordinate with other Managed Services teams to fulfill client campaign needs
- Support the collection, distribution, and execution of task work for AMP Managed Services clients
Client Interaction and Growth
- As you build proficiency, take on limited client communication (written and verbal) to support campaign updates and approvals
- Participate in trainings, workshops, and platform updates as assigned
- Demonstrate initiative to expand responsibilities as performance is proven
Qualifications
Minimum-
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience;
- OR 5 years' experience in a related field
- Proven customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication (English required)
- Proficient in computer troubleshooting; comfortable learning proprietary platforms with on-the-job training
- Familiarity with web-based technologies and systems; Windows OS knowledge required
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional organization, professionalism, and time management
- Experience managing projects or processes within a team environment
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Visio
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, self-direct, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Preferred-
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Hands-on experience with email, text/SMS, or direct mail campaign execution
- Automotive service marketing background is a significant plus
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Mautic, VinSolutions, or similar)
- Current experience with Cox Automotive (CAI) Managed Services
