Choco is on a mission to enable the global food system to become sustainable by optimizing the way food is sold, ordered, distributed, and financed. Our AI-focused software connects distributors with their customers to operate waste-free and efficiently.  A problem of this magnitude requires a massive scale and only the best people will be able to solve it. Are you in?

Here’s what we’re up to: https://bit.ly/4fyXonB

Meet the team

Our Ads Operations team is at the forefront of Choco’s new ad-network offering, helping connect food service distributors and advertisers through data-driven campaign performance. We work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Data to deliver measurable impact for our advertising partners and ensure seamless campaign execution from start to finish.

As an Advertising Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a central role in bringing our advertiser campaigns to life. You’ll own the end-to-end implementation process, from audience segmentation and setup to monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting. You’ll be the operational bridge between advertisers, data analysts, and internal stakeholders, ensuring campaigns not only run smoothly but exceed expectations.

What you will do
  • Own campaign implementation and management from setup through to optimization and reporting.

  • Build and maintain audience segments according to advertiser targeting requirements and campaign objectives.

  • Set up and schedule campaigns, ensuring all specifications, creative formats, and targeting logic are correctly configured.

  • Monitor live campaigns, tracking delivery, pacing, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while proactively optimizing results.

  • Collaborate with data analysts to prepare performance reports, extract insights, and tell compelling stories from campaign data.

  • Serve as the main advertiser contact post-contract, managing creative assets, timelines, and communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Provide proactive communication and recommendations to drive advertiser satisfaction and renewals.

  • Contribute to process improvements, helping to establish best practices for campaign setup, QA, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate
  • 2–4 years of experience in Advertising Operations, Campaign Implementation, or Account Management in media, ad-tech, or related fields.

  • Proven ability to build and manage campaigns and audience segments, regardless of specific platform or tool.

  • Strong data literacy — comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets and adept at manipulating datasets to extract insights.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident managing client-facing updates and expectations.

  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments, solves problems independently, and takes ownership of outcomes.

Career Path

This role sits at the mid-implementation level within our ad-network job framework. Strong performance opens the path to a Senior Implementation Specialist position and, over time, into Account Management — where you’ll own strategic advertiser relationships and revenue growth.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $85,000–$105,000. Actual compensation depends on the candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
