QualificationsQualified applicants will possess a high school diploma (though an associate’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred), along with one year of experience in this or a related area. They must be a licensed insurance agent or have the ability to acquire the necessary licenses. Applicants must enjoy working with people and helping them select from a range of services and merchandise. Basic office and computer skills are a must, and organizational skills and attention to detail are vital to ensure that all arrangements are made to each family’s satisfaction.
Compensation
$20,000 base salary, plus commissions (Range: $50,000 to $100,000+ annually)
Monthly & Annual bonus availability if sales levels are achieved
