The Adoption Specialist drives customer adoption of Collaboration solutions through training, relationship building, and analytics, ensuring customer renewals and satisfaction.
Detailed Description
The Adoption Specialist is a customer facing position that is tasked with driving adoption, training, and proof of concepts for Collaboration solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide adoption services for customers on Collaboration solutions. Including, but not limited to, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Video Endpoints, Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Collaboration SaaS Solutions, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Chat, Zoom Events, etc. This includes developing training curriculum, interactive and engaging training sessions, adoption incentives, follow up sessions and leave behind documentation.
- Develop and publish “Tips and Tricks” on social media for customers to follow and engage.
- Work with the Customer Experience practice closely to ensure we are staying ahead of renewals, identifying adoption analytics and key in on what the customer needs to adopt to ensure renewals.
- Provide guidance to customers on how to solve business problems leveraging Collaboration solutions such as, but not limited to; Cisco and Zoom.
- Identify and recommend tools and applications to use in conjunction with adoption, training and customer retention of Collaboration SaaS solutions.
- Develop rapport and strong positive relationships with various individuals within the customers’, manufacturers’, industry peers, and internal resources.
- Discover/identify potential new opportunities (wider and deeper) and pass along to Sales/SA’s.
- Articulate Netsync and OEM partners’ Adoption practice value proposition.
- Continually learn the newest Collaboration SaaS technologies and features.

Skills and Experience:
- Technical experience in one or more of the focus areas is a plus: Cisco WebEx, Cisco Video Endpoints, Cisco Call manager, Cisco WebEx Calling, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Events.
- Meticulous attention to detail – desire to do things correctly the first time.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated but can work well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience identifying business challenges and how to solve those challenges with technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of business drivers is a plus.
- Experience with training end users is a plus.
- Experience working in a VAR or consulting environment is a plus.
- Certifications in solutions provided is a plus from any manufacturers: Cisco, Zoom and other leading industry certifications.
Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications in solutions Netsync provides is a plus from manufacturers or industry leaders.
