The Opportunity 

We're looking for an outstanding Adoption Marketing Manager to ensure our customers more deeply adopt our Adobe Workfront solution. The goal is to make them successful, see the value of their purchase, buy more Adobe products, become strong advocates, and remain lifelong customers. This person will develop various multi-channel programs, such as email nurtures, in-product guidance, webinars, and support our user groups and Adobe Champions programs, to effectively drive user adoption and retention. They will report to the Sr. Manager, Adoption Marketing, and collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Marketing. 

 

What you'll Do 

  • Co-lead the user adoption strategy for Workfront with 1-2 other Adoption Marketing team “pod” members to ensure cohesive adoption strategy across personas 

  • Conduct research with users to guide program strategy 

  • Drive discovery and testing to develop engaging adoption campaigns to help users adopt Workfront more quickly and deeply and implement them through various channels 

  • Collaborate with key partners on program development 

  • Review existing adoption content, identify content gaps, and work with internal subject matter authorities and expert users to develop content as needed 

  • Track and report key program metrics to drive continuous improvement based on what the data shows is working and not working.

  • Engage with regional teams to ensure adoption programs resonate with customers across different regions, including sourcing content from a global customer network 

  • Represent the user while working with teams across the organization to ensure an unusual and outstanding customer experience with Adobe 

 
What you'll need to succeed 

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a specialization in business, marketing, or a related field; Having an MBA would be beneficial 

  • 5+ years of customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation experience preferred 

  • 2+ years experience using or managing Workfront. Workfront certification, or an understanding of Adobe’s Content Supply Chain ecosystem, including core capabilities and integrations, would be a plus.

  • Customer-centric with a “what’s best for the customer” approach 

  • Strong program development and leadership skills, capable of driving both strategy and execution of programs 

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and be an outstanding teammate 

  • Growth mentality, including a track record of quickly learning new technology such as GainsightPX, Adobe Connect, Marketo, etc. 

  • Accountable for your performance and results, and committed to delivering your best 

  • A font of creativity -- you take pride in coming up with fun, exciting ideas to make customers happy and successful 

  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences 

  • Flexible, can-do outlook, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
