Job Summary

This opportunity is ideal for a senior technology leader with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. The role focuses on designing scalable, multi-solution architectures, leading complex implementations, and delivering innovative customer experiences across global organizations. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical and executive stakeholders, drive AI-enabled engineering practices, develop proof of concepts, mentor engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery through strategic planning, modern development methodologies, and best-in-class architectural governance.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and oversee enterprise-scale solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud products.

  • Assess client digital ecosystems and develop long-term architecture and digital transformation roadmaps.

  • Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design artifacts.

  • Define project scope, estimates, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery plans.

  • Develop proof of concepts, integrations, and production solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.

  • Leverage AI engineering tools to accelerate development, automate workflows, and improve delivery efficiency.

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions, agentic workflows, and engineering automation.

  • Lead technical architecture decisions and provide guidance on platform integrations and enterprise solutions.

  • Establish testing strategies, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes.

    Define project success metrics and measurement methodologies.

  • Collaborate with engineering, strategy, sales, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Present technical solutions and architectural recommendations to executive and business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including leading large-scale global technology delivery programs.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Workfront, Fusion, Core,AEM).

  • Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification and other relevant Adobe certifications.

  • Strong background in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and MarTech implementations.

  • Proven experience with enterprise CMS platforms, including headless CMS solutions such as Contentful, Sanity, and Contentstack.

  • Strong hands-on development experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Java, and API integrations.

    Experience leading solution architecture, technical design, pre-sales engagements, project estimation, and scope definition.

  • Expertise in enterprise system architecture, technical leadership, and architectural decision-making.

    Experience working in modern engineering environments with Agile, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Strong client-facing communication, executive stakeholder management, and commercial consulting skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, V0, Vercel, or equivalent platforms.

  • Experience building AI agents, workflow orchestration, automation solutions, and agentic engineering capabilities.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients across the US and EU markets.
