The Opportunity:

Avantor, a Global Fortune 500 company is looking for a dedicated Government Contracts Administrator to optimize our Regulatory Operations organization. This role is full-time, USA remote.

Minimum Education Requirement:

  • Associate's degree

Required Experience (1+ YRS):

  • Customer service
  • Managing and assigning incoming customer requests to analysts, etc.
  • Coordinating/ collaborating cross departmentally to ensure that each team is accomplishing respective tasks that ensure contract compliance.
  • Working collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Assisting with processing and submitting compliance related paperwork in accordance with DOA guidelines and policies
  • Supporting administrative and compliance-related tasks as required by management.
  • Using programs such as C4C and SAP.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.).

Reporting to the Government Contracts Supervisor, the Contracts Administrator will:

  • Be responsible for managing government compliance requests for government held contracts.
  • Engage with business owners to fully understand the terms of each contract and ensure that Avantor is compliant with those terms.
  • Be responsible for accurate, timely response and process monitoring from start to finish.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of contracts with federal, state, and local government agencies.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and government representatives to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain compliance documentation
  • Assist with record-keeping for audits.
  • Provide guidance to the project management and finance teams regarding contract interpretation and performance.
  • Develop and maintain internal web page landing page.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$66,100.00 - $110,200.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
