Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform complex and confidential administrative activities requiring analytical application and independent judgment in support of O&M team.
  • Provide administrative services including telephone coverage, mail and fax processing and distribution, file maintenance, ordering of office supplies and office hardware.
  • Develop presentations, memos, charts, proposals, correspondence, etc.
  • Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate facility and customer meetings.
  • Interface with customers and other visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple staff members.
  • Receive and refer telephone information, direct routine matters for action, answer questions to inquiries and/or direct them to the proper resources.
  • Cultivate a strong culture for quality and compliance throughout the assigned plant
  • Provide overall quality leadership, direction and support for the plant. 
  • Actively participate in monthly Quality Champion calls
  • Actively participate in quarterly Quality Management Review (QMR) calls
  • Promote quality engagement and collaboration with all team members
  • Provide Quality Management System (QMS) leadership & direction to all levels of the plant
  • Lead and manage the Quality training curriculum within the Plant, ensuring 100% compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Demonstrated experience in operation of mainframe and personal computer systems and software applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge in Power plant will be advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
