Job Summary
The Administrative Support Assistant supports the on-site general administrative and HR functions of a wide variety of tasks. These tasks include AP/Accounting support, HR assistance, vendor relations, filing documents, incoming/outgoing mail and providing general office support.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate routine and general information to managers, employees, vendors and customers about standard processes and procedures using prescribed or established guidelines
- Ship out packages
- Scan, file and maintain important documents
- Receive, process, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials related to HR
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
- Place online orders as requested
- Maintain and update vendor information and invoices
- Perform routine data entry
- Event planning
- Prepare, process, update, and compile routine documents, records, and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in administration/accounting; however, 3 to 5 years is preferred
- Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)
Compensation & Benefit Information:
Hourly Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00 per hour dependent on experience*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay:
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
