Top Skills: AI

ExtraHop is reinventing Network Detection and Response (NDR) to help enterprises and organziations stay ahead of emerging threats with unmatched network visibility, context, and control.

Today’s attackers bypass traditional security defenses through identity-based entry, move invisibly across cloud, on-premise, and data center networks using encryption and trusted applications, and exploit and exit whenever they want.  But all of that movement is visible on the network... if you can see it.

By combining the power of NDR with Network Performance Management (NPM), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and forensics in a single, integrated platform, ExtraHop can decrypt and unlock complete packet-level data at wire speed, analyze and correlate it across all your networks, applications, devices, and users with cloud-scale machine learning, and provide a single interface to the SOC to detect, investigate, and remediate modern cyber risks in real time.

Position Summary

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Executive Assistant (EA) team with a range of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with early-career administrative or office experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team.

You’ll bring strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, resourceful, and friendly team in a company that values creativity, initiative, and a sense of humor.

  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Help organize internal meetings, executive briefings, and department events (including logistics like food, supplies, space setup, and cleanup).
  • Monitor shared inboxes, update documents and trackers, and assist with document formatting and distribution.
  • Maintain shared calendars and scheduling tools to ensure visibility into executive availability and team activities.
  • Support special projects and internal initiatives as assigned by the EA team.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office, or coordinator role; tech or startup environment a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with a willingness to take initiative and support wherever needed.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and collaborative approach.
  • Collaboration and teamwork – Works closely with recruiters, HRBPs, and leadership to support HR initiatives and work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Technically proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail); familiarity with tools like Concur, Expensify, and Zoom is a plus.
  • Reliable and dependable, with a strong sense of accountability and consistency in delivering high-quality work.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 + bonus + benefits
