What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Customer Unit leadership team, account leaders, and core account teams, integrating strategic thinking into day-to-day activities such as complex calendar management, meeting planning, and decision-making support.
- Prioritize and manage inquiries and requests, proactively troubleshooting conflicts and providing recommendations to optimize executive, team, and customer engagements.
- Coordinate internal and customer-facing meetings, workshops, and events (planning, invitations, agendas, logistics, and on-site support where needed), including international activities and events that span multiple time zones.
- Organize and manage domestic and international business travel for leaders and visiting stakeholders (bookings, detailed itineraries, local transport, and expense handling), providing real-time support and adjustments as needed while leaders are traveling to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Generate purchase orders and process invoices in Ericsson tools (for example SAP, Concur), ensuring proper approvals and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Provide strategic support in the utilization of Ericsson's administrative tools, AI solutions, and processes, acting as a go-to resource for the team and using AI-driven insights to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
- Create, support, and nurture a fun, inclusive, and engaging team environment by coordinating team touchpoints, recognition moments, and monthly events that strengthen collaboration and morale.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes and policies, including travel, expenses, data privacy, information security, and our Code of Business Ethics.
- Collaborate, network, and communicate effectively with other assistants within and outside the organization, driving continuous improvement and implementation of administrative routines and coordination practices.
The skills you bring:
- Minimum of 4+ years as an Administrative Assistant (or similar role), preferably including 2+ years in a large, international corporate or customer-facing environment.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, schedules, and logistics across multiple time zones; coordinating international activities and events is a strong plus.
- Flexibility to, on a limited basis, communicate and complete time-sensitive tasks outside of traditional working hours when business needs require it.
- Self-driven professional who is comfortable managing through ambiguity and independently running activities with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and reliable, with strong time-management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in parallel within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Superior problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on structure, execution, and follow-through.
- Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
