Administrative Assistant

The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.

As a Remote Administrative Assistant at Turquoise Health, you will support day-to-day operations and provide administrative support to teams across the company. You will help ensure smooth workflows, organized documentation, and efficient communication.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
• Draft correspondence and maintain organized records
• Support reporting and documentation tasks
• Assist with internal communication and project tracking
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information

What You Bring to the Role:

• 1–3 years of administrative support experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$50,000 – $65,000 depending on experience

Job Location

Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.
