Oates Energy is a dynamic and fast-growing energy company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Position Overview
As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative duties such as managing schedules, processing documents, and assisting with project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- General Admin Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Document Handling: Prepare, file, and maintain company documents and records.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with appointment bookings.
- Data Entry: Enter and maintain data in company systems, ensuring accuracy.
- Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22+ per hour (depending on experience).
