The Administrative Assistant will provide top-tier administrative support by managing executive calendars, work-related expenses, and organizing events, among other duties.
In this role, youll report directly to a Staff executive team. Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside your executives to provide top-tier administrative support.
In this role you will:
- Manage and optimize multiple executive calendars
- Manage all work-related expenses
- Accounting records of financial information.
- Preparation of local financial reports support.
- Annual and monthly declarations support.
- Assist in creating and managing agendas for departmental staff meetings
- Help organize and plan internal events (offsites, team-building, etc.)
- Be a representative of your executive, including meeting coordination, email correspondence, and liaising between departments and key stakeholders
- Anticipate and react to executive requests in an expedient manner
- General administrative duties and ad hoc requests as needed
An ideal candidate has:
- No professional experience needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful, flexible, and proactive with a strong bias to action
- A strong sense of direction around sensitive scenarios, confidential information
- Familiarity with tech environments and a strong understanding of how business works
- Friendly and professional demeanor and is excited about contributing to our team culture
- Experience using G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Expensify, Netsuite, and Slack, or tools like them
