We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will help coordinate daily office activities, maintain records, manage communications, schedule appointments, and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and company activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, letters, reports, and other business documents.
  • Organize electronic and physical files and ensure information is easily accessible.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering supplies when needed.
  • Coordinate communication between departments, employees, customers, and other parties.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and other logistical tasks.
  • Handle confidential company and employee information appropriately.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help keep projects organized.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and common office software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
