Position Summary

Working from our office in Englewood, Colorado, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the school such as answering phones and email, receiving visitors, assisting the principal and teachers with administrative tasks, filing and other duties as assigned.  

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Availability: Ability to travel to the Englewood office location several times per week, with flexibility to adjust on-site presence based on operational needs.
  • Local Responsiveness: Must reside within reasonable proximity to Englewood to allow for timely, short-notice response to office needs, including receipt and pickup of deliveries and materials.
  • Materials Handling & Logistics: Responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and securely storing physical materials, including sensitive state testing materials, in accordance with established protocols.
  • Testing Window Support: Provides hands-on administrative support during state testing periods, including sorting, inventory management, preparation, and monitoring of testing materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and security.
  • Reception & Mail Services: Perform receptionist-style duties including checking incoming mail, preparing and mailing student-related correspondence, and ensuring timely distribution of materials.
  • Registrar Support During Peak Periods: Assist the Registrar team during high-volume times (e.g., first semester) by supporting administrative enrollment tasks.
  • Enrollment Documentation Processing: Complete and upload Confirmations of Enrollment (COEs), Proofs of Residency (PORs), and student records accurately and in a timely manner, following established procedures and compliance requirements.
