We have recently launched a key partnership and are looking to grow the team with a Strategic Partner Manager. The Strategic Partner Manager will enable the activation and growth of this key partner along with additional key partner activations. We are seeking someone who is excited to build and nurture relationships to create a repeatable lead generation engine.
The Role
RemoFirst is seeking an experienced Partnerships & Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth initiatives across the Globe. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling partnerships and business development relationships that contribute directly to revenue growth and brand expansion. This is a full-time position, fully remote position, based in the United States.
The Partnerships & Business Development Lead will contribute to identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships and business development agreements with institutions, organizations, and aligned businesses. The role requires strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and ownership of revenue derived from partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with relevant providers, associations, and organizations
Support the negotiation, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements
Coordinate partnership lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and renewal
Organize and oversee partnership-led initiatives and events, both in-person and virtual
Act as the primary relationship manager for all assigned partners
Identify and secure new business development relationships aligned with RemoFirst’s target market
Formalize business development agreements that deliver referrals to RemoFirst
Develop long-term relationships with established businesses serving a similar client demographic
Maximize referral opportunities through relationships, referrals, and co-marketing initiatives
Collaborate with partners to design and deliver joint events and engagement activities

What you’ll need:
- Experience in outbound sales and/or partnerships.
- Experience running sequences
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Must be based in the U.S. for travel purposes and ability to travel from time to time.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with presenting and networking.
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial and are excited to own and build this partnership
- Outgoing and an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate and be a trusted advisor for the partnership teams.
