Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our Boost Mobile digital marketing team is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Email Marketing Specialist to drive new customer acquisition through email and lead generation efforts.. In this role, you will plan, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns, build audience tactic strategies for targeting, and partner cross-functionally to fuel Boost Mobile's digital growth. Your work will directly impact our ability to grow our prospective customer base and hit ambitious acquisition goals.
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Acquisition Email Marketing Specialist who thrives on solving problems, optimizing performance, and owning outcomes. You'll help drive growth across multiple digital touchpoints-owning email campaign execution, lead capture experiences, and performance reporting.
You will collaborate with Marketing tactic owners, Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, IT developers, PMs, and business leaders to build high-impact email and digital marketing campaigns. You'll report insights back to the team and senior leadership, identify evolving best practices, and optimize campaign implementation across acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiative Calendar Campaign Scheduling for Acquisition Tactics: Assist with initiative tracking and tactical scheduling for the media acquisition team to ensure initiative campaign buildouts and email campaign support is in alignment with launch dates
  • Email &Strategy Brief Development: Responsible for documenting quarterly initiatives with marketing messaging by creating copy briefs for email and initiative campaign development
  • Campaign Ticketing: Submit tickets for individual email campaign launches and larger email lifecycle buildouts to track execution and performance
  • Audience & Lead Generation Strategy Development : Understanding of Boost Mobile prospects/lead audiences to segment personalized campaigns to acquisition cohorts
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track campaign performance weekly and quarterly to provide campaign insights, best practices, and channel optimizations to broader teams
  • Creative Asset Requests and Organization: Collaborate closely with both go-to-market and creative departments to get needed initiative assets in project management tools for development and redistribution for campaign tactic builds
  • Executive Level Presenting: Conduct in-depth post-project evaluations to assess project impact, capture lessons learned, and drive process enhancements for future initiatives - to an audience of executive leadership
  • Acquisition Channel Advancement & Optimization: Develop future-state channel roadmaps and plans of optimization for tactics to drive personalized approaches, stronger orientation across forecasting efforts and goal achievements, and bridge the construction of tactical efforts with new and incoming programs and platforms for sustainable growth

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing operations; familiarity with targeted audience development and project management tools
  • 2+ years experience with Email Marketing in a B2C context, with a preference given to experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Email Service Platforms is beneficial

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Attention to Detail: Expertise in reviewing email and initiative campaign data to identify discrepancies and ensure optimal performance, with a focus on maintaining email execution schedule, audience hygiene and utilization, and campaign accuracy
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple email and initiative campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines, segmenting lists, and tailoring content to specific audience groups
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient in using project management platforms and CRM systems, with a deep understanding of audience segmentation, dynamic content personalization, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling email and campaign copy, collaborating with design and content teams, and clearly communicating results and insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues related to email deliverability, campaign performance, and technical glitches to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet objectives
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to assess email campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement
  • Team Collaboration: A team-oriented professional who collaborates seamlessly with designers, content creators, and data analysts to develop and execute integrated email campaigns that align with broader marketing strategies

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
