About Knotch
We're a growth-stage technology company positioned at the intersection of AI, agentic digital experiences, and content intelligence. With a fast-paced, agile, entrepreneurial culture, we move quickly, adapt constantly, and thrive in dynamic environments. Through our Knotch platform, we help our customers achieve their business outcomes and optimize performance across their marketing org.
About the Role
Knotch is entering its next phase of growth with ACE — a new AI-powered capability designed to transform how enterprise brands deliver and optimize digital experiences. We are looking for an ACE Engagement Manager to lead the success of our enterprise beta program. This is not a traditional project management role; it is a client-facing delivery leadership role with full ownership over outcomes, execution, and long-term account value.
The ACE Engagement Manager will own 6–12 month enterprise engagements end-to-end, ensuring successful implementation, clear business impact, and a seamless path from beta to scaled deployment. You will operate at the center of our clients, product, and engineering teams — translating ambition into execution and ensuring ACE delivers real, measurable results.
If you want to lead the launch and delivery of a new AI capability for enterprise clients, and play a central role in how it scales, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Beta Delivery: Lead multiple concurrent ACE beta programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring each engagement delivers production-ready implementations and measurable business outcomes.
- Act as the Client Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, leading working sessions, milestone reviews, and executive readouts while building trusted relationships across marketing, digital, and technology stakeholders.
- Drive Program Execution: Own program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk management. Translate client goals into clear execution roadmaps and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Partner Closely with Engineering: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data/AI teams to scope, sequence, and deliver work. Engage with distributed and offshore teams to keep execution on track and unblock delivery.
- Ensure Business Impact & Conversion: Make value explicit. Ensure clients can clearly understand and articulate the impact of ACE, positioning every beta for successful conversion into long-term deployment and expansion.
- Operate with Commercial Awareness: Understand ACE pricing, packaging, and growth paths. Partner with Account Directors to support expansion while protecting and growing account value.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years leading complex, multi-month client delivery programs in a technical or enterprise environment, preferably within an AI or SaaS startup (marketing or digital analytics experience is considered an asset).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working closely with engineering teams, understanding system architecture, and navigating technical tradeoffs (no coding required).
- Proven ability to operate between business and technical teams, translating strategy into execution.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed engineering teams.
Bonus:
- Exposure to marketing analytics technology, websites, AI systems, or data platforms.
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable with strong communication skills with an operator mindset.
How to Be Successful
- Own outcomes, not just process: You take full responsibility for delivery, impact, and client success — not just timelines or task management.
- Bring clarity to ambiguity: You can take loosely defined goals and quickly translate them into structured plans, aligned teams, and forward progress.
- Build trust at every level: From day-to-day stakeholders to executive sponsors, you create confidence through clarity, consistency, and results.
- Stay close to the work: You’re comfortable diving into technical discussions, identifying risks early, and keeping teams aligned and moving.
- Think beyond the beta: You don’t just deliver projects — you set the foundation for long-term partnerships and expansion.
