At CONMED, the Accounts Receivable Admin II is an integral part of our Working Capital team. The Accounts Receivable Admin II supports the Accounts Receivable functions including cash application and works closely with credit & collections team. This is a remote position.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Review of banking and credit card/merchant services activities related to customer payments and reconcile daily postings to bank transactions
- Timely and accurate posting of customer payment details to an invoice level in the accounts receivable subledger
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, including contacting customers when needed
- Ensure appropriate controls are consistently followed
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable function
Other Attributes:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Familiarity with banking and credit card payment processes
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume organization
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills and highly detail orientated

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly range for this position is $18- $27 an hour. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
