Job Description:
An Accounting Manager’s role is to own the administration of the legacy stock plans, facilitate our treasury function, and oversee the AP team. They must be able to build and improve processes, owning the related responsibilities, and helping their team grow in their career development.

What you’ll do:
Administering the ongoing payouts of legacy company stock plans (including RSUs and stock options) using our online equity management systems and working with our Payroll team, as well as coordinating with our service providers.
Responding to employee questions and providing helpful information about our legacy equity awards and plans, including monitoring e-mail and other communication channels
Preparing and reconciling monthly compensation expense for all vesting legacy grants
Performing monthly reconciliations of headcount and department data between Shareworks and Workday
Prepare cash forecasts on a recurring basis and other cash flow analyses as needed
Approve all cash disbursements globally and ensure that proper documentation/support exists prior to disbursement
Prepare periodic debt covenant calculations and provide ad hoc analysis and data as may be required by debt syndicate
Prepare business insurance renewal applications as they become due
Anticipate global borrowing needs and available funds and ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operations
Complete the review of all treasury related GL reconciliations and ensure that accounting is accurate and timely for each month-end close
Experience you’ll bring:
Ability to use and navigate an equity management system
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Requirements:
Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Draper, UT, or Westlake/Dallas, TX offices should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this role is $86,300 - $120,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
