Job Description:
As an intern with our Finance and Accounting team, you will support our financial activities by assisting with reporting, AR/AP, and as needed activities including but not limited to:
•
- Prepare Journal entries
- Assist with accounts payable
- Balance sheet account analysis and reconciliation
- Assisting finance with data migration & maintenance for a new accounting ERP system
- Creatively assist in reporting and analysis
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance department.
- Develop & utilize Excel spreadsheets at a high level
- Communicate with a high level of professionalism and positivity
- Assisting members Finance team with all aspects of the established, proven process
- Supporting internal team members with ad hoc projects and tasks

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Accounting/Finance degree program with excellent academic performance
- Preference given to those with relevant professional /internship experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
