About the Role:

We are looking for an Accounting Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions. This role is ideal for students who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to apply their accounting knowledge in a professional setting.

This remote, part-time internship requires a commitment of 20 hours per week for approximately 12 months (through at least June 2026). At least one intern will have the opportunity for full-time conversion upon successful completion of the program.

You Will:
  • Assist with month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations
  • Support Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Accounts Payable functions
  • Contribute to financial reporting and process improvements
  • Perform ad hoc accounting projects as assigned by the Accounting team
You Have:
  • Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based college or university, majoring in Accounting
  • Expected graduation date no earlier than May 2026 (ideally Summer 2026)
  • At least a Junior or Senior who has completed intermediate accounting coursework
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including bank reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • A process-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to improving workflows

Internship Details:

  • Start Date: May or June 2025
  • Hours: 20 hours per week (part-time)
  • Duration: ~12 months (through at least June 2026)
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Opportunity for Full-Time Conversion: At least one intern will be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion
  • Must live within the US and  be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or other restrictions
