Responsibilities About the Team
- Essential Job Functions:
- Manage relationship with 3rd party inventory service.
- Schedule Inventories with 3rd party inventory service and stores.
- Maintain and distribute any audit schedules.
- Oversee/Oversee all types of store audits conducted by a 3rd party services or internally.
- Perform all types of store audits. Please see Store Auditor Profile for types
- Review audit results and distribute.
- Inventory Reconciliation System (IRS) Administrator
- Facilitate store closings inventory.
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Desired Previous Job Experience:
- Accounting position at a regional Accounting Centers or Corporate Office Accounting position
- Store Auditor
- Proficient in IRS (Inventory Reconciliation System)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Access)
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
