WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer proceeds, contributing to customer satisfaction and the company's financial health. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of related financial processes (e.g., proceeds) and requires a deep understanding of the business model and proceeds activities. 

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Identify trends related to customer ledgers, understand and advise the company of impact to both customer ledgers and financial statements to recommend actions to management based on sound analysis.

• Support process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact Finance, with support to other departments requiring guidance from direct manager.

• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.

• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.

• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.

• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.

• Reconcile data by comparing and correcting financial and operational records.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Business or equivalent job-related experience/training.

• 3+ years of accounting experience with progressive responsibilities.

• 3+ years of experience working with large ERP system, Oracle Fusion preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems with multiple variables.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate and partner with other departments in order to identify and assist in the development of enhanced processes and procedures.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Reliable internet access is required.

• Sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time.

Pay range (US based applicants): $64,786 - $76,000 (annualized)

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
