Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Preparation of footnotes for quarterly and annual financials
Preparation of the financial statement tie-out procedures including all underlying support
Researching and ensuring compliance with GAAP financial disclosure requirements
Contribute to the external audit process by collecting and preparing supporting documentation for interim reviews and year end audits
Assist with ad-hoc data requests for internal customers including Tax, Legal, and Program teams
Provide support in researching and preparing technical accounting memos
Provide support for external data requests including the preparation and submittal of government censuses

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
Typically 3+ years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Advanced skills with accounting software tools and MS Excel.
Experience in preparing journal entries, accounting reconciliations and with the month-end close
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Public accounting experience.
Familiarity with SAP.
Aerospace industry experience.
Experience with financial reporting and other accounting activity.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$80,200 - $110,275
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
