As our Account Receivable Analyst II, you will report to the Account Receivable Manager to assist in all invoicing and collection initiatives for R1.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files, including set-up of new customers. to ensure client invoicing requirements are met.
- Responsible for issuance of customer invoices.
- Assist with the monthly and yearly close process, including audit requests.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal partners.
- Perform exhaustive controls on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure that all invoices are processed correctly and align with the proper supporting documentation.
- Cross-train on other AR functions to assist with cash posting and collections, as needed.
Required Skills
- Oracle is required.
- Recvue is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High integrity and self-starter.
