About the RoleAs an Account Manager on our Delivery Robot team, you'll oversee a portfolio of university partners and ensure our delivery robot program exceeds campus expectations. You'll serve as the voice of the university — surfacing their questions, feedback, and evolving needs internally so the customer perspective is always represented. You'll also collaborate with the broader Commercial team to identify growth opportunities and bring those possibilities to life with campus partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of Avride’s products and services, including our features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Assist in managing a portfolio of campus accounts, ensuring timely communication, and resolving inquiries and concerns with care and urgency.
- Assist and partner with campuses to drive delivery demand and deliver and exceptional experience for their dining communities.
- Conduct regular check-ins with campus partners to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to all campus inquiries, account issues, and requests or route them to appropriate company departments within turnaround time expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including discussion notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall proficiency in account management practices.
- Proactively seek opportunities to contribute to team goals and initiatives, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School degree/GED with equivalent professional experience
- 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
- Strong proficiency with Google products and Slack along with the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with Google Sheets and Salesforce is a plus.
- Native-level fluency in English is required.
- A genuine drive to go above and beyond to find solutions for university partners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with University leadership.
- A responsive, always-on mindset. You treat your campus partners like true partners, and they know they can count on you.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to operate with confidence in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
- Impeccable organizational skills, easily balancing multiple tasks at once; self-starter with a strong bias towards action and problem-solving; maximizes effectiveness by focusing time in the right areas.
- Outstanding, positive attitude with passion and aptitude for working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
